Who we are
CalendarCut is operated under the registered business name CALENDAR CUT SOFTWARE, ABN 14 749 474 221, as a sole trader business in Australia.
Information we use
CalendarCut stores shop and staff account details, services, products, bookings, walk-in records, loyalty rewards and the contact details supplied by clients or their shop. We also keep consent choices, message delivery results and security activity.
Bookings and reminders
Shops use this information to manage appointments, queues and client relationships. Joining a queue or making a booking does not itself give permission for marketing. Marketing email and SMS have separate permission controls. You can withdraw marketing permission through the unsubscribe or preference link in a message.
Payments
Stripe processes online card details. CalendarCut stores payment references and status, rather than complete card numbers.
Service providers
The application runs on Vultr, with a Supabase database in Sydney. Cloudflare provides website protection and domain services. Resend delivers emails, and Stripe handles online payments and subscriptions. These providers may process information overseas. SMS delivery requires a configured SMS provider.
Access and retention
Access depends on each staff member’s role and shop permissions. Shops can review, export or anonymise client records through their authorised account. Pending bookings, payments and earned rewards may need to be resolved first. Backup copies and restricted transaction history may remain after an active record is changed.
Cookies
CalendarCut uses cookies for sign-in and browser storage for preferences such as theme. The website does not currently include advertising trackers.
